Avatar - The last Airbender

As of now, we’ve recently finished with the third season of ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’. Season 3 finale ‘Sozin’s Comet (4): Avatar Aang’ was aired on July 19, 2008. Well, I’ve already written my review of the episode and you can please scroll down to read it, in case you’ve not watched it. What’s next? Obviously…. Season 4 of ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’! Well, there is no news on that but I guess that it’d be premiered in late March or early April. Let’s see when it returns…we all are waiting!

Before we catch the fourth season of ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’, let’s talk about the much anticipated movie version of the series. If you know and if you don’t know, ‘The Last Airbender’ titled movie would be premiered on July 2, 2010. And, the latest new is depicting that M. Night Shyamalan, the man who’s responsible to write, direct and produce films based on the series, has picked up the cast members for this upcoming project.

And, the list contains the names of Noah Ringer- a karate champion who would be portraying Aang, the central character of the show. The whole story of show revolves around him and he’s the current incarnation of Avatar. And, the second one is Nicola Peltz as Katara of the Southern Water tribe. Sokka, Katara’s brother will be portrayed by Jackson Rathbone. Most probably, Zuko, the exiled prince of the Fire Nation would be portrayed by Jesse McCartney.

Well, I am crazy to watch both ‘The Last Airbender Movie’ and the fourth season of series. I got hooked to ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’ after I watched it for the first time and for me, it’s the greatest cartoon series ever.

It’s not been very long since the premiere of the show but still it’s one of the most popular animation series aired on Nickelodeon network. Marvelous job…. And expectations are high to see an animation hitting the big screen!

As I told you before that an exciting video game of “Avatar- The last Airbender” is on the way. So guys, the wait is over and the game is here. ‘THQ’ has just launched the game and now you can get it in the stores. The title is “Avatar- Into the Inferno”. Now get set go!!!!! Play with the legend of Aang. I hope you have gone through the third season of the anime, as I told you before. The storyline of the game is entirely based upon that season. At least I did so quite right. I downloaded the entire season from this site, and believe me, the picture and sound quality is so fine that I enjoyed much better than on television.

Actually the third and the first season are my most favorites among the series. So it was truly fun watching the whole action once again. The battle with Azula is just amazing.

The news that no more seasons are coming further was pretty devastating for me. Still I am glad that at least they are bringing out the game. This is the only animation series which impressed me so much, otherwise, I least like to watch animations, as for these are meant for kids only. My friends prompted me to watch it. I liked the plot and reached here to download the episodes, I had missed.

Anyway let’s come back to the latest game. I am so curious to bring it home as soon as possible. This game will allow me to do some martial arts, obviously what I can’t do in the real life at all. Though, I don’t watch animations, but I am crazy for the fighter video games.

The most interesting thing about the game is that we can create martial art moves at our own. Nonetheless, like Avatar we can exploit the four elements Earth, Fire, Water and Air to complete the journey. It’s a two player game and allows flying in the sky on gliders during air battles and that in Benders’ style. Rest of the features, I’ve already discussed in my last blog. Don’t waste time and go get it.
