Avatar breaks the records
You have to believe this; Avatar broke all the previous records of anime series by closing the series with 19 million viewers for the finale. Although there had been many hit animation series like family Guy which is the first anime to be nominated for Emmy Awards. Now Avatar has taken over. This is the magic of Avatar that it kept the viewers hooked up since the first season and until reaching to the series finale with three seasons it gathered a larger number of viewers.
The concept of the show was this strong that not only kids but youngsters and even old ones too added to the fan list. Fans have created their own fan sites and networks for all those guys who love the show. I am also professing for this being a huge fan of the series.
The series made me curious at the very moment when I watched the promos on internet that some new animation series is coming. The first thing fascinated me was characters’ appearances. Secondly it was about martial arts and I just love Jackie Chan movies and it appeared like a substitute.
Whoever loves action loves this anime. At least it pacifies my thirst for action perfectly. The other amazing thing about the series was use of imagination in such a perfect manner that it didn’t seem unbelievable to me. Like they have shown the age of Aang as one hundred and twelve years and with the logic that he was frozen into an ice berg and that’s why he remained biologically the same as in childhood.
There was one more point to prove their creativeness in the third season where they show that avatar has died as his seventh chakra was locked. They continued to grasp the interest of the viewer by concentrating upon Fire nation and Zuko, Azula and Iroh’s sequences, and on the other hand rejuvenated Aang into a captured ship of Fire nation where he is living the life of a normal kid before getting aware about his air bending powers.
This much perfect series deserves the honor of having millions of viewers. I will miss the series.
